| August 19, 2006. Kettle Joe's PSR played at the Gathering of the Vibes (KJPSR's first Vibes, but the Tricksters have played every year at the Vibes since the very beginning of the fest when it was Deadhead Heaven). The days before the Vibes, the band played a show at the Stephen Talkhouse and the Sellersville Theater 1894. David Gans, friend, singer/songwriter, guitarist and host of the Grateful Dead Hour, opened for KJPSR at the Talkhouse and Sellersville and there was a bunch of mutual sitting in. Members of KJPSR also sat in with the New Riders at the Vibes. It was of the most awesome weekends of the entire summer, and here are photos taken at the three shows.
