| On November 12, 2005, we were fortunate enough to be the host band for the first NYC Rex Foundation Benefit concert. Joining us were Mickey Hart, Donna Jean Godchaux-MacKay, David Nelson, Rob Barraco, Michael Falzarano, Tom Constanten, Wendy Lanter and David MacKay.
